I am experienced with a wide range of issues from depression, anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem to relationship problems, neurodiversity and PTSD. Your unique path to self-discovery begins here.

At BroadMind Therapy, I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to your unique needs. My integrative approach combines Person-Centred, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and Humanistic techniques.

ADHD / ASC

Online or in-person therapy sessions for neurodivergent clients are most effective when tailored to the person with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia or Autism (ASC). This therapy is open to anyone who is considering whether they are neurodivergent (diagnosed or not) who require support, guidance, or advice on managing their symptoms and life.

Online Counselling

If you have ever thought that you'd like counselling but would find it hard to make time or to travel to sessions, then online counselling is for you. Remote counseling allows you to have therapy in a comfortable and convenient way, you just need is a safe, private space where you will not be disturbed.

You can access my confidential service from your home or workplace. I use Doxy.me, a free

online call platform, for your sessions. I am happy to assist you with setting

up the platform if needed. You can have the video on or off, it is your choice.

I can also hold telephone counselling if you are more comfortable with this.


Talking Therapy

When life is interrupted by; unexpected events, life changes or personal challenges having support through a relationship with a caring, professional counsellor helps work through these difficult time and move towards your full potential.

Having me with you week by week, whatever you are going through to give you space to be you and to be heard can provide a constant. This steadiness is often something we haven't experienced before and it can provide a safe space for change.

You have be stuck but you are not broken.


Outdoor Walking Therapy

Would you like to combine your improving mental health with an increased connection to nature? Walking therapy blends guided walks with counselling. They are particularly helpful for those who do not have the chance to get into nature very often, those who feel better when they have access to nature, those who find movement helpful or those who may find being one to one in a room more difficult. Taking time in nature while holding therapy conversations, whether we are walking or sitting (or both) brings a different feel to therapy.
